By creating a Pixy account or using our service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use Pixy.
Pixy is provided for lawful business purposes only. You may not use Pixy to send spam, collect data without consent, violate any applicable laws, or infringe on the rights of others. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
You retain ownership of all content you upload to Pixy, including FAQs, business information, and lead data. By using the service, you grant Pixy a limited license to process that content solely to operate the service on your behalf.
Free accounts are limited to 1 chatbot and 1,000 customer messages per month. Exceeding these limits may result in the chatbot being paused until the next billing cycle. Upgrade to a Premium plan to remove these limits.
Premium subscriptions are billed monthly or annually depending on the plan selected. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Pixy may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades, or factors outside our control. We are not liable for any losses resulting from downtime.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pixy and its team are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months prior to the claim.
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without prior notice. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users by email for material changes. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
